What is Shop Pay?
Shop Pay is an installment plan that allows you to split the cost of your purchase into four equal payments, due every two weeks. It is available for eligible orders made on participating Shopify stores.

How does Shop Pay work?
When you check out with Shop Pay, you'll be prompted to create an account and provide a valid payment method. You'll pay for the first installment at checkout, and the remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your payment method every two weeks.

Is there a credit check or application process to use Shop Pay?
No, there is no credit check or application process required to use Shop Pay. As long as you have a valid payment method, you can use Shop Pay to split your purchase into four payments.

Is there a fee to use Shop Pay?
No, there is no fee to use Shop Pay. However, if a payment is missed, there may be a late fee charged by the payment processor.

What payment methods can I use with Shop Pay?
Shop Pay accepts most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I use Shop Pay for all purchases on Shopify stores?
No, Shop Pay is not available for all purchases on Shopify stores. It is only available for eligible orders that meet certain criteria, such as being within a certain price range and being shipped to a supported country.

Is my personal and payment information secure with Shop Pay?

Can I return items purchased with Shop Pay?
Yes, you can return items purchased with Shop Pay, but the refund will be processed according to the store's refund policy. If a refund is issued, any remaining payments will be refunded to your payment method.
