WaterThat Return Policy

WaterThat wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns on most items that are in new, unused condition and still in their original packaging. A credit will be issued to the same form of payment used for the purchase. Any returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund, and are subject to up to a 10% restocking fee.

All returns require an authorization number. If you wish to return an item, please contact WaterThat Direct Pool Wholesalers’s customer service department for a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.  These instructions will be sent to you in an e-mail from our customer service department. Any return sent back without an authorization number cannot be accepted and no credit will be offered.

WaterThat Wholesalers will send you via e-mail a return label for your item. If you use this return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit provided. You are free to use an alternative form of shipping (following the instructions e-mailed to you); however, it is recommended that any shipping method used allows for tracking capability. It is also recommended that you insure the item being returned. WaterThat is not responsible for items sent by a customer without the provided return label which are lost along the way, nor can we be responsible for any returns that are damaged.

WaterThat Direct Pool Wholesalers is pleased to extend to customers the original warranty provided by the manufacturer of a particular item. The terms and conditions of any warranty vary by manufacturer. Please refer to each manufacturer’s website for more details.
